Setting up a new RTL-SDR Device

1. Download sdr#
2. install-rtlsdr.bat from sdrsharp zip
3. plug in RTL-SDR dongle
4. run zadig.exe
5. select Interface0 ( may need to go to Options-> List All Devices)
6. run SDRSharp.exe and test it out

Then head over to ADS-B-Resources
